Alorica hits 7K recruitment target in September
Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) giant Alorica achieved its 7,000 monthly recruitment target in September 2022 as it welcomed new global clients from the consumer goods, retail, healthcare, and financial services industries.
According to Alorica Director for Talent Acquisition Marvin Vinluan, the 7K monthly hiring target is something the firm has come close to before, but not in consecutive months.
“Our highest was in 2021 [when] we achieved over 6k hires in 1 month. It’s a clear indication of the company’s rapid growth trajectory,” he added.
Meanwhile, Alorica Divisional VP for Customer Experience Sara Machan-De Silva added that the firm performed “extremely well” thanks to its ability to quickly scale and effectively perform. She expects the company to attain its revenue targets for Q4.
With new clients to join before the year ends, Alorica is also anticipating a fast and stable start to 2023.
Moreover, the organization is set to launch two new sites by year-end: one in Matina IT Park, Davao City, and another in TechZone at Buendia in Makati City. The BPO firm is also expanding its Cebu operations to support the development within the area.
