Alta Resources acquires BRM
Customer-management Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) provider Alta Resources Corp. recently acquired Colombia-based full-service BPO firm BRM.
This strategic acquisition enables Alta to expand its capabilities throughout South America by delivering customer-related outsourcing solutions.
Explaining the reason behind the deal, Alta Resources Chairman and CEO Jim Beré said, “This is an organization that has a culture that aligns with ours and a proven track record of prioritizing employee engagement, excellence in serving clients, and innovative service and solutions.”
He added that the two organizations would be “an excellent fit.”
Beré also noted that Alta and BRM’s joint operations would expand both firm’s “geographic footprint, 8,000+ associates, as well as enriched technology and capabilities.”

BRM’s senior leadership, including its founders, Juan Pablo Serrano and Pilar Jaramillo, will remain with the company and provide important continuity of leadership and continued success.
