Armanino acquires Holtzman Partners
Leading accounting, consulting, and technology firm Armanino LLP recently announced the acquisition of Texas-based public accounting firm Holtzman Partners effective January 1, 2022.
This merger brought together two firms that recognize the need for sophisticated tax, audit, and consulting solutions in one of the fastest-growing markets in the United States.
Holtzman will add a second office under the Armanino name in Austin, Texas. This partnership will enable Holtzman clients to have access to an expanded suite of accounting and consulting services to support any stage of company growth.
Local startups can take advantage of Armanino’s robust CFO Advisory practice with the company providing services on accounting outsourcing, human resources outsourcing, strategic finance outsourcing, executive search, and interim CFOs, among others.
Armanino LLP CEO Matt Armanino said that this collaboration “is the natural next step of our investment in the Austin community given [Holtzman’s] entrepreneurial vision, commitment to innovation, and values when it comes to high-touch client service and its people-first culture.”
