Bandwidth, Miratech partner to drive contact center transformations

NORTH CAROLINA, UNITED STATES — Cloud communications firm Bandwidth announced a strategic partnership with Miratech, an IT services and consulting firm.
The collaboration aims to leverage Bandwidth’s award-winning Maestro cloud communications platform to enhance global digital customer experience (CX) transformation for enterprises.
This move will enable Global 2000 companies to integrate their backend processes with customer-facing teams, a critical step in boosting brand loyalty, engagement, and accelerating time-to-revenue with comprehensive cloud functionalities.
Miratech, an established CX provider for cloud contact centers, has migrated thousands of contact center agents onto next-generation CX platforms, serving several sectors, including finance, insurance, healthcare, and technology.
Bandwidth’s Maestro platform, operating on its global Communications Cloud network spanning over 60 countries, brings advanced CX and AI capabilities, such as conversational AI and machine learning-based fraud detection.
Bandwidth reported a strong start to 2023, with first-quarter revenue of $138 million, surpassing initial projections. Additionally, the adjusted EBITDA for the quarter was $5 million.
