Chasm Partners launches healthcare outsourced recruiting division
Business management consulting firm Chasm Partners recently announced the launch of its new outsourced recruiting solutions division called ChasmTeam.
In a statement, the company said that the new department was formed to address the increasing recruiting challenges facing high-growth healthcare companies worldwide.
It will also serve as an innovative recruiting platform that supports the immediate hiring needs of VC, and Private Equity backed clients.
Moreover, as a new division, it is set to complement the executive search practice of Chasm Partners through the utilization of proprietary delivery methodology and cutting-edge technology to place new hires across all levels and job functions within healthcare.
Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) industry veteran Yates Baker will serve as the General Manager and Partner leading the new division.
Chasm Partners Manager Partner Matt Dumas said, “ChasmTeam has been developed and refined with multiple clients over the past five years, serving as the outsourced recruiting function that helps these clients achieve scale during times of hypergrowth.”
About Baker’s appointment, Dumas noted that his “best practices” from the RPO space will help Chasm’s VC and Private Equity backed clients in healthcare.
