Concentrix expands Polish operations with new Katowice site
KATOWICE, POLAND — Global tech and services firm Concentrix has officially opened its new, permanent site in Katowice, Poland.
The company hosted an opening ceremony on June 6, 2024, attended by Katowice Mayor Marcin Krupa, who toured the brand-new facilities and gained insights into Concentrix’s growth plans.
This addition to Concentrix’s portfolio aligns with its strategic expansion within the Polish market. “We are very excited about this investment in Poland,” said Edyta Szubert, Country Leader, Poland.
“It is testament to our commitment to growth and development in this key market. We are very much looking forward to embracing the new site and to bringing new employment opportunities to the area.”

New Katowice site to drive job creation
The new site is located in the Global Office Park, transitioning from a temporary space opened last year. The Katowice operations have already generated over 500 jobs, with plans for further employment opportunities.

Concentrix solidifies presence in Poland
With existing offices in Lublin, Szczecin, and Warsaw, Concentrix has been operating in Poland since 2005 and currently employs over 2,000 people in the country.
Concentrix ranked #3 in the OA500 2024, an objective index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing companies. This ranking places Concentrix above its position in the OA500 2023, where it held the 12th spot.
In 2023, Concentrix and Webhelp completed their merger, valued at approximately $4 billion, including net debt, to create a new global leader in customer experience (CX) services.
The combined company, operating under the trade name Concentrix + Webhelp, now spans over 70 countries and has expertise in key industries such as technology, retail, healthcare, and more.
