Converge boosts CX services with Salesforce
Philippine fiber broadband provider Converge ICT Solutions Inc. is collaborating with customer relationship management platform Salesforce to improve its customer experience (CX) services.
In a press release, Converge said that this deal will help elevate CX through intelligent (AI) and cloud-based solutions.
Converge Chief Information Officer Ulysses Naguit said, “We want our customers to have a simplified and personalized experience that is most convenient to them for their social media digital interactions, which are resolved through CXP Agents supported by API-led connectivity.”
The partnership, Naguit continued, “provides a common set of customer data across systems, and through this partnership with Salesforce, we have a better view into how our customers engage and what they prefer.”
Salesforce ASEAN Area VP for Sales Amit Suxena added that “by automating the process, removing complexities, and providing data-driven insights, brands could focus on proactively delighting their customers instead of reacting.”
Converge leveraged its partnership with Salesforce to deploy solutions that continuously listen, know and engage their customers across various social media channels.
The firm is working with the Salesforce Professional Services team to help Converge with its vision of becoming a customer-first company.
