Davao property sector sees recovery
Davao-based property developer Damosa Land, Inc. is expecting recovery this year, as it’s now seeing an uptick in business by Q3 of 2020.
Damosa Land President Ricardo Lagdameo said that residential sales “have been quite decent” considering the pandemic. Further, he noted that inquiries to their other projects like offices and industrial projects “already started to really pick up in the fourth quarter of last year.”
Lagdameo also noted that the office sector remained resilient due to the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. Davao’s office recovery this 2021 is likely to be led by BPO and traditional office demands.
