Fusion acquires Boomsourcing
Global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider Fusion recently acquired Utah-based outsourcing agency Boomsourcing, making it a new part of the company.
Boomsourcing was founded in 2007 and is headquartered in Lehi, Utah. It has an established presence in five locations across the globe — including in the United States (US), Mexico, and the Philippines.
As the newest addition to Fusion Group, Boomsourcing will contribute to Fusion’s growth both in terms of global footprint and capabilities. With this acquisition, Fusion aims to strengthen its lead generation, sales program offerings, and other white glove services in the US market.
Fusion Group Company CEO Pankaj Dhanuka said they are looking to leverage Boomsourcing’s service offerings and soundboard technology to enhance their outreach.
“Fusion will help the existing clients of Boomsourcing grow their business and deliver better CX to their customers using our global presence, extensive resources, talent pool, and industry experience. In other words, it’s a win-win for all,” he added.
This deal will also allow Fusion to extend its global footprint and strengthen its North America & Philippines presence. Further, it will help the company become the pioneer of change in the shared services industry through superior customer service delivery, growth-oriented business association, and technical innovation.
