GigCX provider Limitless appoints new Chief Customer Officer
Gig customer service (GigCX) platform Limitless recently appointed Iain Regan as its new Chief Customer Officer.
Limitless CEO Roger Beadle explained that their clients are asking for a scaled-up GigCX model that they can further leverage in their global service and support ecosystems.
“The Board and I are thrilled to have Iain join the Limitless senior leadership team, and I am very confident that, under his leadership, our new Client Success team will help our customers achieve their customer experience goals in 2023 and beyond,” Beadle continued.
Regan’s appointment will support a growing number of GigCX engagements transforming how the world’s largest brands deliver customer service.
Bringing over two decades of leadership roles in Global Technology, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and Consulting organizations, Regan will lead a customer support team that will drive the application for GigCX across the entire customer lifecycle — including sales, onboarding, and advanced technical support.
