HR Path acquires IN-RGY, expands North American HR consulting presence
PARIS, FRANCE — Human resources consulting provider HR Path has acquired IN-RGY, a Canadian HR consulting firm specializing in digital transformation. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
This strategic move strengthens HR Path’s position in the North American market and expands its global reach.
Strategic partnership enhances HR technology offerings
The acquisition follows a long-standing relationship between the founders of both companies. IN-RGY, known for its expertise in HR solutions and partnerships with providers like SAP SuccessFactors, WorkForce Software, and UKG, had been seeking to expand globally.

Marie-Soleil Boucher, President of IN-RGY, echoed this sentiment, adding that by integrating with HR Path, IN-RGY could leverage expanded resources in business process outsourcing and advisory services. “This will allow us to enhance our offerings and deliver exceptional results for our clients,” she stated.
Expanding services and North American reach
HR Path, which recently secured €500 million (US$541 million) in funding from Ardian, plans to leverage IN-RGY’s strong presence in the Canadian market to enhance its North American operations.
