ibex named finalist at Stevie AWARDS for 2nd consecutive year
WASHINGTON, UNITED STATES — Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider ibex was named a finalist in the Contact Center or Customer Service Outsourcing Provider of the Year category in the 17th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.
The category — in which ibex has been nominated for the second consecutive year — recognizes the achievements of solution providers for sales, contact centers, and customer service professionals.
ibex CEO Bob Dechant said they are delighted to be acknowledged again for their “relentless commitment and laser focus on delivering amazing customer experiences for our clients.”
“I want to congratulate and thank our amazing team of more than 30,000 dedicated professionals around the world, who deserve all the credit for this award,” Dechant added.
The Stevie Awards organizes several of the world’s leading business awards shows, including the prestigious American Business Awards and International Business Awards.
Stevie Awards president Maggie Miller said their 2023 finalists “have every reason to be proud of their achievements and the recognition they’ve received from the Stevie judges.”
The award winners will be announced at the gala banquet on March 3, at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada.
