India’s IBF keen on investing in Bacolod
The India Business Forum (IBF) President, Dileep Tiwari says that they are eyeing investments in Bacolod City that would generate employment for 2,000 residents during a visit to Mayor Alfredo Abelardo Benitez last September 2.
IBF, a corporate chamber of commerce in India, houses about 80 member companies and is tagged as one of the fastest growing business networking platforms in the world.
Members of IBF include established internet technology, business process outsourcing, pharmaceutical, agriculture, automobile, fast-moving consumer goods, and manufacturing, among others.
Recently, IBF member-company, HCL Technologies, has confirmed to invest by making its strategic plan out of Manila, providing direct employment to Bacolod residents.
