IntouchCX acquires Mexico-based Beliveo

MANITOBA, CANADA — Outsourcing company IntouchCX has acquired nearshore contact center and business processing outsourcer (BPO) firm Beliveo.
The partnership aims to meet the growing and varied demand in the customer service segment. IntouchCX highlighted Beliveo’s multilingual workforce as a great asset, in addition to its proximity to US-based clients.
“This new acquisition will expand our client capabilities in Mexico, strengthen our leadership in the region, and continue our successful path towards growth in new markets globally,” said Mike Henderson, Global Chief Operating Officer at IntouchCX.

Noel Orozco will remain with IntouchCX as Country Manager for Mexico. This marks IntouchCX’s third acquisition in the last five years.
IntouchCX, formerly known as 24-7 Intouch, acquired BPO firms Knoah Solutions in 2020 and Goodbay Technologies in 2021.
Last year, the BPO company announced its plan to build a center of excellence campus in Cairo, Egypt.
Founded in 2011, Beliveo’s office is in Guadalajara. It offers customer support, revenue generation, back office, retention, business intelligence, and workforce optimization services to global brands in Mexico.
