Kelly Services acquires RPO firm RocketPower
Workforce solutions provider Kelly Services recently acquired recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) firm RocketPower in a bid to redeploy their capital “to add high-margin, high-growth assets” to the company.
Based in San Francisco, RocketPower is a high-performing RPO provider that reached a total of $28 million in revenues last year. This 2022, the company is expecting triple-digit growth amid increased demand for RPO services.
Kelly President and CEO Peter Quigley extended his welcome to RocketPower, adding that he is excited about the partnership between both companies.
Kelly Services outsourcing and consulting arm KellyOCG’s president Tammy Browning added that this acquisition “significantly expands KellyOCG’s RPO solution and delivery offering across the globe and enhances our specialty RPO strategy and expertise and provides us with another entry point into the high-tech industry.”
Plans call for RocketPower to continue operating under its brand with its current leadership team and staff as part of KellyOCG.
