Kelly named best U.S. temp staffing firm by Forbes
MICHIGAN, UNITED STATES — Staffing solutions provider Kelly was named the best temporary staffing firm in America by Forbes, topping the annual list and claiming the No. 2 spot on the 2023 ranking of America’s Best Professional Recruiting Firms.
The announcement was made by the business magazine Forbes and data platform Statista, which surveyed recruiters, hiring managers, and job seekers, to identify the top 150 temporary staffing firms and the top 200 professional recruiting firms.
Kelly President and CEO Peter Quigley attributed the company’s success to its specialty solutions strategy, technology investments, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Kelly specializes in several areas, including science, engineering, technology & telecom, education; professional & industrial; and outsourcing and consulting services.
Quigley said Kelly is aware of the rapidly evolving world of work and is focused on meeting the challenges and opportunities facing employers and job seekers.
