Outsource Fiji to exhibit at London’s Call & Contact Centre Expo
Investing body Outsource Fiji will exhibit at a Call & Contact Centre Expo in London on November 22 and 23, 2022.
The expo, known as Europe’s leading event for customer engagement professionals, is set to allow Fiji to meet with the continent’s top contact center executives and experience the latest developments in the contact center space.
Outsource Fiji Executive Director Sagufta Janif said that taking part in “industry-leading events” like the expo allows them to present Fiji as an outsourcing destination of choice, discover the current trends in the market, and learn how to integrate them back into their country.
“In line with our 2021-2025 Strategic Plan, we are now working towards getting “night seats” for our BPOs, which is why Outsource Fiji has chosen to speak and exhibit this event, making us more prominent amongst other exhibitors,” Janif added.
Janif will also be one of the industry speakers at the expo, where she will be focusing on aspects that make Fiji a unique outsourcing destination.
This year’s Call & Contact Centre Expo will be attended by 3,500 participants, including industry giants like Google ChromeOS, Zoom, Cisco, 8×8, Twilio, and Talkdesk.
