Premier BPO acquires Stafford Communications

NEW JERSEY, UNITED STATES — Premier BPO has acquired outsourcing firm Stafford Communications Group (Stafford Communications) and is looking to boost the latter’s services in the consumer packaged goods (CPG), healthcare, and beauty care industries.
Premier BPO is a rapidly growing global provider of knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) services for diverse industries, including financial services, healthcare, consumer products, e-commerce, and home services.
Stafford Communications is a North American contact center specializing in customer service, compliance, and consulting services.

Stafford has observed an increase in the demand for cloud-based data analytics and artificial intelligence (AI)-powered customer engagement tools – platforms that Premier BPO specializes in.
Under Premier BPO’s wing, Stafford expects to enhance its service offerings to its clients from the CPG, healthcare, and beauty care industries.
Specifically, Stafford can now provide their customers access to program management resources, global right-shoring solutions, a suite of the latest technology and automation tools, and KPO capabilities.

Premier BPO secured the 162nd spot in the 2023 Time Doctor OA500, the first objective index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing companies. The 2024 edition of the OA500 will be released next month.
