Probe’s Andrew Hume hailed as CEO of the Year
Andrew Hume, CEO of outsourced services provider Probe Group, was recently recognized as the CEO of the year at The CEO Magazine’s Executive of the Year Awards.
In an interview with The CEO Magazine, Hume said that this award is “a great testament to the hard work and dedication of our team and my personal passion and dedication to providing strong leadership to deliver on our vision.”
Hume is an industry veteran with two decades of experience within the customer experience sector.
He previously worked for Aegis, Hollard Financial Services and Salesforce Australia.
The CEO’s leadership and the dedication of the company’s workforce drove Probe to grow from around 300 employees in two locations to 18,000 people across five countries and more than A$630 million in revenues in just five years.
Hume believes that a strong leadership “is essential to enabling us to deliver on our vision.” Additionally, he stated that awards are “motivational forces” that enables people to “try to reach higher achievements.”
