New recruitment app launched to boost employment in UAE

DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES — A new recruitment app called Falek Tayyeb was recently launched in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to boost the country’s Emiratisation drive.
The app aims to streamline the job search process for Emirati citizens and connect local talent with career opportunities across the private and public sectors. It is set to launch in December 2023.
Recruitment firm TASC Outsourcing developed Falek Tayyeb to support the UAE government’s Nafis program, which aims to employ 75,000 Emiratis in the private sector by 2026.
“With Falek Tayyeb, we’re a step closer to fulfilling our promise to UAE nationals and helping them connect with their dream jobs in their own country,” said TASC Founder and CEO Mahesh Shahdadpuri.
The app features full-time and part-time job listings tailored for Emiratis across various industries, including government, semi-government entities, and multinational companies. It is integrated with AI chatbot technology to help users create and update their CVs.
Falek Tayyeb aims to simplify the recruitment process through its user-friendly interface. Emirati job seekers can register on the app and easily apply for roles matching their skills and interests.
The launch comes after a recent TASC survey found that 77% of Emiratis preferred using online job portals for their job search. However, many faced challenges due to limited job opportunities.
Falek Tayyeb enables organizations to showcase job openings for Emirati talent efficiently. It provides access to TASC’s database of 12,500 Emirati candidates.
The UAE government has set an ambitious 10% Emiratisation target for the private sector by 2026. Falek Tayyeb will be a key platform connecting national talent with exciting career opportunities nationwide.
