Sitel Group rebrands to Foundever after acquiring SYKES
MIAMI, UNITED STATES — Sitel Group, one of the biggest global providers of customer experience (CX) solutions, unveiled it has transitioned to Foundever.
This new identity amplifies the company’s commitment to be the CX team behind leading global brands.
