SolexPlus, arabot partner to provide AI chatbots in the Middle East
Saudi Arabia-based Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company SolexPlus and conversational AI and text-based chatbot technologies company arabot are collaborating to provide AI chatbot solutions in the Middle Eastern region.
In a statement, SolexPlus COO Hassan Nassar said that the rapid changes in BPO practices make it an exciting time to “dip into [the] conversational AI.”
He added that the partnership will leverage “cutting-edge technology” that will help their clients “create innovative corporate solutions that can stand the test of time.”
arabot Co-founder and CEO Abdallah Faza added that the deal is “timely” as more outsourcing providers move away from “traditional customer service call centers to a more proactive customer support model..”
