TCN welcomes new senior UK, EU members
UTAH, UNITED STATES — Cloud-based call center provider TCN welcomed two new senior officers in its United Kingdom (UK) and Europe teams as the firm continues to expand its operations.
Last January, Emma Reynolds joined the UK team as the account manager and sales development representative. Her 10-year career spanning roles in credit control and debt recovery made her the perfect choice for providing invaluable support to the quickly growing client base in the UK and EU.
“I’ve always thought a lot of TCN, and it’s exciting to be working with them now. The work culture is great, and a lot of support is available,” Reynolds stated.
Meanwhile, Mario Anghel recently joined TCN’s new EU head office in Bucharest, Romania as an account manager.
Anghel has almost 10 years of contact center experience in all fields, industries, and levels and was a former Customer Success Manager and RepsMate Software expert.
He will work with a team of 10 TCN staff — including developers, technical support, and operations executives — to provide tech support to EU clients and second-tier technical support to UK clients.
