Vensure expands healthcare solutions with AIMM acquisition

ARIZONA, UNITED STATES — Human resources firm Vensure Employer Solutions (Vensure) has acquired health firm Ault International Medical Management (AIMM).
This strategic move aims to enhance Vensure’s growing portfolio of customer solutions, particularly in the healthcare sector.
Vensure boosts healthcare business with AIMM
Based in Columbus, Ohio, AIMM specializes in providing independent medical management services for self-funded major medical health plans.
AIMM builds medical management programs made for each group’s unique culture, population, goals, objectives, and budget. With fully integrated services focused on patient-centric, comprehensive, and holistic care, AIMM will play a crucial role in expanding Vensure’s customer solutions.
“Through our ongoing partnership with AIMM, they have consistently upheld the quality standards for several of our critical medical plans, benefiting both our internal operations and our clients,” said Alex Campos, CEO of Vensure.
Deborah Ault, Founder and President of AIMM, expressed excitement about the new possibilities the acquisition will bring to their existing teams and clients.
“Increasing patient knowledge and improving levels of care will remain at the core of what AIMM does,” she added.
Vensure’s 70th acquisition since 2018
Among its recent acquisitions are human resources outsourcing firm MarathonHR, resource services firm Canadian Payroll Services and HR solutions provider Resource Management Inc. (RMI).
Founded in 2004 in Arizona, Vensure provides PEO, payroll administration, recruiting, and other solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Its services include payroll and benefits administration, workers’ compensation, human resources, loss control, and workplace safety. Vensure processes more than $135 billion in annual payroll.
