Vaccine czar Carlito Galvez Jr. stated that the Philippines is set to receive around 2.3 million additional COVID-19 vaccine doses by end of March to early April 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n Galvez is expecting that the country will receive 979,200 AstraZeneca shots and around 1.4 million more from China-based Sinovac.<\/span><\/p>\n The Philippines has previously received 600,000 Sinovac shots from Beijing and more than 500,000 AstraZeneca jabs earlier this month from the COVAX Facility.<\/span><\/p>\n
