ZRG acquires Hub Recruiting

Talent advisory firm ZRG has acquired boutique RPO (Recruiting Process Outsourcing) provider Hub Recruiting LLC.

Based in Massachusetts, United States (U.S.), Hub Recruiting is a leading RPO that partners with growing technology companies by providing embedded recruiters and/or entire recruiting teams for hiring challenges that range from one hire to entire organizational buildouts.

With their Full Stack RPO solution, Hub’s services mainly prioritize technology-driven companies who are building their technology, revenue, and corporate functions, nationally and internationally.

ZRG CEO Larry Hartmann said that acquiring Hub adds support for volume hiring in complex sales, engineering, and technical roles in their services. 

Further, the RPO firm would help ZRG support recruiting for project-based, volume hiring of more senior roles globally.

Prior to this deal with Hub Recruiting, ZRG had recently acquired top culture consulting firm Walking The Talk and entertainment industry search and consulting firm Sucherman Group and SEBA International to diversify their talent management offerings.
