Happiest Minds collaborates with ENERCON for wind energy
BENGALURU, INDIA — Indian digital transformation and information technology (IT) solutions provider Happiest Minds Technologies has announced a collaboration with wind energy technology company ENERCON.

This partnership aims to drive sustainable wind energy solutions and expand onshore wind power generation.
To facilitate this initiative, a distributed team has been assembled to work closely with ENERCON’s product owners, subject matter experts, and local partners.
Meanwhile, Happiest Minds will focus on enhancing a product designed to develop wind energy generation.
By leveraging its expertise in disruptive technologies, Happiest Minds aims to contribute to the global transition towards renewable energy sources.

Reliable and low-cost green power
Michael Kersten, Head of PSS Management R&D at ENERCON, highlighted their goal of supplying reliable and low-cost green power to industries, praising Happiest Minds’ agility, enthusiasm, and commitment to fostering a sustainable ecosystem.
According to Crunchbase, the Happiest Minds has raised $105.9 million through two funding rounds. Last year, it announced a plan to hire 1,300 software engineers to grow its artificial intelligence division.
Happiest Minds restructuring for growth
Last month, the firm launched a new vertical organization structure which comprises six industry groups with corresponding heads.
Each IG head will be responsible for the vertical’s business plan, go-to-market strategy, sales, domain capability, and customer and employee satisfaction.
They will have dedicated teams comprising business development managers and other staff with vast experience in the segment.
Ashok Soota, Executive Chairman of Happiest Minds Technologies, noted that this new structure will help the firm reach $1 billion in revenues by 2031.
