DUBLIN, IRELAND — Contact center quality assurance platform Scorebuddy and Moveo.AI have teamed up to enable contact centers to automate customer service operations with virtual agents.

By implementing Moveo.AI’s virtual agents alongside Scorebuddy’s QA platform, users can scale to meet customer demand with fast, personalized experiences backed by QA monitoring and insights. 

This integration will allow contact centers to save on expenses while overcoming other challenges, such as increasing interaction volumes, inconsistent service quality, and slow resolution times. 

Moveo.AI’s virtual agents are powered by proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) trained exclusively for customer service and designed to provide consistent, high-quality support.

Virtual agents will help alleviate the human agent’s workload

The virtual agents are self-learning and are capable of handling sudden increases in demand. They will enable human agents to focus on complex tasks and nuanced inquiries. 

According to the firm, Moveo.ai’s agent can automate over 70% of customer support operations, including order reschedules, transaction status reviews, and more, via seamless integration with CRMs, ERPs, and other tech.
