14 intelligent contact centers recognized for conversational AI services

CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — Visual research, consulting, and advisory firm Aragon Research released its first Globe for Conversational AI in the Intelligent Contact Center (ICC).
The report lists 14 major providers in the ICC industry which offer conversational AI services and demonstrate significant innovations in the market.

According to Aragon Research Senior Director of Research Craig Kennedy, “Today’s Conversational AI technologies are enabling Intelligent Contact Center providers to offer self-service virtual agents capable of independently solving customer issues in a true omnichannel fashion, just what today’s users are looking for.”
The report added that organizations need to stay aware of the latest capabilities available from providers to keep up with the latest advances in the conversation AI tech market.
