Staffing firm 20four7VA wins six major awards in 2023
MARYLAND, UNITED STATES — Remote staffing company 20four7VA received several major recognitions in 2023, earning six local and international awards for its growth, community impact, ethics, and workplace culture.
The Maryland-based company ranked No. 3661 on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies, marking its second consecutive year on the prestigious list.
20four7VA also made the finals for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Top Small Businesses list, placing it among the top 70 most exceptional U.S. small businesses out of a record 15,000 applicants.
On the ethics front, 20four7VA won the Better Business Bureau’s Torch Awards for Ethics, which specifically highlights its commitment to honest business practices.
The company was also a finalist in Outsource Accelerator’s first-ever Outsourcing Impact Awards, being shortlisted under the Community Building category for its youth employment program in South Africa.
Additionally, 20four7VA earned recognition for its workplace culture. It ranked among the World Staffing Summit‘s 100 Best Staffing Companies to Work For, while company CEO Catherine vanVonno made the Summit’s 100 Staffing Leaders to Watch list for the third straight year.

20four7VA ranked #315 in the 2023 Time Doctor OA500, an objective index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing companies. The 2024 edition of the OA500 will be released next month.
