24-7 Intouch acquires BPO firm Knoah Solutions
Global customer care and technology firm 24-7 Intouch announced that it has acquired BPO and contact center provider Knoah Solutions for an undisclosed amount.
24-7 Intouch, headquartered in the US with customer service centers in the Philippines, said the acquisition signals its entry into the Indian market with over 1,200 seats of production capacity in Hyderabad. Since 2001, Knoah Solutions has been providing customer experience management solutions to technology, market intelligence, and e-commerce clients.
Knoah Solutions co-founder, president, and CEO, Sri Myneni, will join the board of 24-7 Intouch and will be focused on leading international expansion as president of EMEIA.
