403 BPO workers in Davao test positive for COVID-19
Four hundred three out of 1,000 employees in a Davao City-based Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company tested positive for COVID-19.
In a virtual briefing, assistant head of the City Health Office Dr. Marjorie Culas said the workers were already placed on lockdown and are currently being monitored. She also noted that they’re continuing to swab those who had close contact with the infected BPO employees.
Dr. Culas refused to name the company. Nevertheless, we wish the infected BPO employees a fast recovery.
