8×8 unveils new program to streamline CX with AI

CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — 8×8, an integrated cloud communications platform provider, has announced the launch of its Technology Partner Ecosystem.
This new program aims to enhance customer experience by seamlessly integrating advanced technologies, including AI capabilities, into the 8×8 platform, offering businesses greater business intelligence, insights, and analytics.
The Ecosystem, featuring more than 30 partners, including newcomers Cognigy, Avoira, and Awaken, aims to democratize the customer experience and engagement through easy-to-implement, native integrations without the overhead costs and complex development traditionally associated with such technologies.

The Ecosystem is built on 8×8’s open-architecture XCaaS (Experience Communications as a Service) platform, which fosters innovation among leading technology partners, empowering businesses with solutions to offer exceptional customer experiences.
“The program complements our native AI-driven 8×8 XCaaS platform capabilities, giving enterprises the flexibility to build the right solutions to meet and exceed their customer experience goals,” Middleton added.
8×8 provides cloud solutions that support over 40,000 companies worldwide. It generated revenues of $184.4 million for the quarter ending December 2022.
