Enhans raises $38Mn Series C to scale AI agent operating system

- Enhans raised $38 million (KRW 51.2 billion) in Series C funding.
- Total funding now stands at $60 million (KRW 81 billion).
- TIMEFOLIO Asset Management and Stonebridge Ventures co-led the round.
- POSCO Investment, LG CNS and Lotte Ventures joined as strategic investors.
SAN FRANCISCO, UNITED STATES — Enhans, an enterprise agentic artificial intelligence (AI) company, has raised $38 million in Series C funding, its largest round to date, bringing its total funding to $60 million.
Existing shareholder TIMEFOLIO Asset Management and new investor Stonebridge Ventures co-led the round, with IMM Investment and STIC Ventures joining as new investors.
Customers’ parent groups join as investors
Companies within the POSCO, LG and Lotte groups already run Enhans’ technology in live operations, and POSCO Investment, LG CNS and Lotte Ventures joined the round as new shareholders, according to a press release.
The company said these are the first strategic investments it has received from the groups its customers belong to.
Existing shareholders L&S Venture Capital, AOA Capital Partners, KT Investment and Hyundai Technology Investment also made follow-on investments.
“What makes this round especially meaningful is that the trust we built by delivering results alongside our customers has carried over into investment,” said Seunghyun Lee, chief executive officer of Enhans.
AgentOS targets production enterprise workflows
Enhans’ AgentOS uses an ontology to structure data and business rules spread across systems such as SAP, enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, then gives AI agents the context to carry out real work.
The architecture is model-agnostic, and the company said AgentOS is being applied in manufacturing, finance, retail, healthcare, defense and the public sector.
Its ACT-2 agent, which operates websites and software much like a human user, ranked No. 2 globally in the automated evaluation of the Online-Mind2Web benchmark released in August 2026, the company said.
Enhans will invest the new capital in the data, process and execution infrastructure behind AgentOS, build sector-specific Industry Packs, strengthen security and governance for regulated industries and hire internationally as it grows outside Korea.
“Enterprise AI is at a turning point, moving from systems that only produce answers to agents that carry out the work,” said Youngdon Song, managing director at Stonebridge Ventures.
The round is a bet that enterprises will move AI agents from pilots into daily operations, a shift Enhans says it has already made by building and running AI in production at large companies.
For the business process outsourcing (BPO) sector, agents that operate software much like a human user point to more back-office tasks moving from people to automated execution.
With $60 million raised, Enhans is positioned to take its model-agnostic platform to enterprise buyers outside Korea, where it will be compared with the top AI outsourcing companies.
