Concentrix eyes up to 6,000 new jobs in PH

California-based business process outsourcing firm Concentrix hopes to generate up to 6,000 new jobs in the Philippines through the establishment of new contact center facilities.
Concentrix Philippines Country Leader Stephan Daoust said the company hopes to capture a portion of the huge demand for outsourcing in the country as it seeks to reaffirm its position and commitment to the Philippines. The BPO company recently launched a new facility in Makati City.
Currently, Concentrix is the largest private employer in the Philippines with roughly 90,000 employees spread across its 45 facilities in Luzon, the Visayas, and Mindanao. The Philippines is the largest delivery area for the company.
