The Bot leveraged smart technology to make the job application process much easier for Filipino jobseekers.

Using gamification and AI (artificial intelligence), the 1Question Interview Bot used one simple question on English proficiency, a basic requirement for a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) position, to help pre-screen potential applicants.
