TCS Philippines named Top Employer for fifth year
Business process outsourcing (BPO) firm Tata Consultancy Services Philippines Inc. was recently named as one of the Top Employers by the Top Employers Institute for the fifth year. The firm was also named one of the Best Companies to Work for in Asia by HR Asia.
The Top Employer certification, given by the Top Employers Institute, assessed TCS Philippines’ practices and policies in the following areas: people strategy, digital HR, work environment, talent acquisition and onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement and well-being, rewards and recognition, diversity and inclusion, values and integrity.
Further, TCS was named as one of the Best Companies to Work for in Asia for the second consecutive year by HR Asia.
