Rural call center to provide free training programs

Performance 360 Call Center, a homegrown call center, is accepting trainees for a 100-hour online call center training class in Cordova, Liloan, Compostela, Danao, Carmen, Sogod, Borbon, and the north of Cebu.
Performance 360 Call Center founder Mike Cubos said that the demand for home-based outsourcing jobs made the free call center program training relevant skills and training sessions, like English communication skills, customer service, and hands-on phone experience. He added that this free training will help senior high graduates and job seekers who want to pursue a career in the call center industry.
The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), in partnership with Performance 360, established the DICT’s Rural Impact Sourcing (RIS) program in 2017 that aims to spread employment in the countryside through outsourcing.
