I think it’s a really great step we’ve taken.”
Infinit-O is not only concerned with its team member’s safety but also their families by allowing them to register dependents that they wanted to get vaccinated. They set up ways to reach all employees located not just in Metro Manila but those in Legazpi as well. They coordinated with both private and public sectors to ensure that the dissemination of the vaccine is done correctly and promptly, promising to follow safety protocols as set by the government’s requirements.
Florentin Lenoir, Vice President of People and Transformation said, “We’ve been extremely grateful to our clients especially during this pandemic that they showed care for our employees and team members. That is also why it was important to us to bring that safe environment to our team members, being able to ensure that we can provide business continuity for them, that we can provide them the best support despite the pandemic. We feel that the vaccination initiative is a way that we can ensure great and high-performing teams.”
