BPO online recruitments in Malaysia grows to 192%

Online recruitment for BPO (Business Processing Outsourcing) jobs in Malaysia has risen to 192% in May 2021, according to data from Monster Employment Index (MEI).

This is part of the Index’s monthly analysis of online jobs which shows a 60% increase of recruitment activity in May 2021 compared to last year.

Other industries monitored by the Index saw the highest growth in online recruitment like Logistic, Courier/Freight/Transportation, Shipping/Marine (393%), IT, Telecom/ISP, ITES (192%) and Retail (118%).

Malaysia’s Monster Employment Index grew to 64 in May 2021 from last year’s 40.
