Fusion opens new office in India

Global outsourcing leader Fusion has disclosed the opening of their brand-new office in India’s financial capital, Mumbai.
The center, with a 600-seat capacity, will help Fusion expand its services to a worldwide clientele from its current 19 centers across nine countries.
Pankaj Dhanuka, CEO and Co-Founder of Fusion, said that this new move “is a milestone for Fusion and a big step towards becoming a strong player in India.”
Dhanuka added that the new Mumbai office will allow the company’s employees to “reach out to all major parts of India and better cater to our domestic clientele.”
Fusion Mumbai will offer various voice and non-voice services —including social media, email marketing, lead generation, and appointment setting — for different industries in the country.
