Accenture collaborates with NGOs for COVID-19 response projects

Accenture Philippines has partnered with Caritas Manila, Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP), and Philippine Business for Education (PBEd) to develop projects that will aid in alleviating hunger, poverty, and education across different communities in the country.
In a press conference, Accenture Philippines managing director Lito Tayag disclosed the company’s US$ 5 million pledge, or around PHP 240 million, last May to launch projects that will help Filipinos during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Tayag stated that the firm “remains committed to making a positive impact in communities in the Philippines during these challenging times…”
He added, “In the true Filipino spirit of bayanihan, we stand together with our partner organizations, Caritas Manila, PBSP, and PBEd in continuing to do our part in making a lasting and inclusive impact for communities in the Philippines,”
