OP360 launches new health and safety regulations

Leading customer experience (CX) solutions provider OfficePartners360 (OP360) has implemented new health and safety protocols to keep its employees safe, according to Chief Administrative Officer David Highbloom.
To comply with strict social distancing guidelines, workstations in OP360 offices are spread across the facilities with floor markers installed throughout the center. The company also strategically placed alcohol dispensers in its work floors and regularly disinfected and cleaned frequently touched surfaces and air-conditioning units.
In a press release, Highbloom noted that employees infected with COVID-19 will receive full paid medical leave and care packages.
These new initiatives are among the various programs OP360 has started since the pandemic. The CX firm has launched a corporate telecommuting package for its remote and onsite workers and developed “monthly themed programs addressing various safety and health hazards.”
Further, several OP360 employees were also certified by the Philippine Red Cross as first aiders to support onsite healthcare staff in case of emergencies.
