Fortech to invest in Romania-based startups

Romania’s leading outsourcing provider Fortech has launched its investment branch, Fortech Investments, to help at least 15 local startups in the next two to three years.
The firm’s new investment unit plans to offer the capital fund and the chance for starting companies to collaborate with field experts for their product and business development.
Managing Director Product Investments Valentin Filip said in a statement that they want “to help others turn their vision into reality in the form of Joint Venture partnerships.”
Filip further explained their financing rounds called Pre-Seed or Seed wherein they will “offer them the exit option, and we receive them within the Fortech Group.”
Through this method, the managing director shared that startups “will be able to focus, as they should, on their business needs, without having to take care of resources, people or limited time.”
Fortech Investments plans to conclude at least three to four joint venture partnerships in the health, finance, education, transportation, and production sectors in the next few years.
