TCS, Newgen partner for BSB project in Israel
Multinational IT services and consulting company Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and tech company Newgen Software are collaborating to set up an “enterprise-grade multi-channel and multilingual communication suite” for the Banking Service Bureau (BSB) in Israel.
This partnership will allow BSB to transform Israel’s banking sector and provide end-to-end banking solutions through a cloud-hosted centralized platform.
The central bank will utilize TCS’ core banking solution and Newgen’s digital transformation products to develop this digital project.
TCS Vice President and the Middle East, Africa, Mediterranean Regional Head Sumanta Roy said that this deal could help create a “highly scalable and secure platform in record time.”
Meanwhile, Newgen Chairman and Managing Director Diwakar Nigam said that the joint project “will help financial institutions in Israel deliver a faster, more connected, and frictionless banking experience to their customers.”
