RDCP acquires Intelling

London-based investment firm RDCP acquired a 67.4% stake in one of the United Kingdom’s largest tech Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and communications firms, Intelling.
This acquisition has renewed the hopes of increasing Intelling’s turnover by more than 50% – from its current £40million (US$55 million) to £65million (US$89 million).
The outsourcing firm employs over 1,000 staff at multiple sites across the UK and overseas. It also counts “blue-chip companies” such as Vodafone, TalkTalk, Serco, O2, and Experian as clients.
Intelling Founder & CEO Phil Morgan said that the partnership with RDCP “will support Intelling’s ambition to increase our client base and improve the accessibility of our services…”
The existing management team led by Morgan will retain a large stake in the business and will work closely with RDCP founders Sameer Rizvi and Iryna Dubylovska in future projects.
This deal is RDCP’s seventh acquisition over the last 18 months, following the purchase of Chilango, Ancient House Printing Group, and multiple acquisitions for RDCP Infrastructure.
RDCP now controls US$350m of investments across multiple industries in the UK.
