Alorica honored in PR Daily’s Nonprofit Communications Awards

Global leader in digital customer experience (CX) solutions Alorica Inc. earned first place in PR Daily’s 2021 Nonprofit Communications Awards for its efforts in “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Communications.”
The company was recognized for its TIDE Initiative that provides a forum for its 100,000 employees to embrace diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Ragan Communications and PR Daily Marketing Manager for Awards Programs Brendan Gannon said that Alorica’s initiative “was exceptional and displayed their innovation strategies for achieving success.”
In 2020, Alorica launched TIDE to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and create a program that discusses issues related to these matters.
These TIDE teams helped organize and lead “Real Talk” sessions where employees can openly and safely talk about DEI topics.
Alorica’s Chief Culture Officer Joyce Lee said that they are “proud to be recognized for our grassroots initiatives, but the work is far from done and we’re just getting started.”
PR Daily’s 2021 Nonprofit Communications Awards honors people, teams, and organizations that help build awareness or raise funds for important causes and initiatives through campaigns, partnerships, and projects.
