Servion wins Webex Customer Experience Award

Leading contact center and CX solutions provider Servion was recognized as the Webex Customer Experience Partner at the recently concluded WebexOne 2021 conference.
This award emphasizes Servion’s success in selling and implementing Cisco Contact Center solutions in providing excellent customer experience to their clients.
Servion is among the few service providers that can sell, install, integrate, support, and deliver CX solutions on any of Cisco’s collaboration and contact center platforms across the world.
Servion India & Middle East Managing Director Animesh Shrivastava said that the award upholds their “strong partnership” with tech company Cisco for more than 20 years.
Shrivastava added that their “broad expertise on Cisco Contact Center solutions” enables them to advise, design, build, run, optimize and deliver best-in-class CX solutions to clients.
