Sitel PH uses MAXhub centers for hybrid co-working
Global customer experience solutions provider Sitel Group is utilizing its specialized MAXhub centers to merge their on-site and work-from-home arrangements, said Sitel Philippines, Australia, and New Zealand COO Ravi Iyengar.
In a recent IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP)-hosted conference, Iyengar explained that the MAX (My Associate Experience) program is a “large-scale group think program” that enables the firm to get invaluable feedback, share ideas, best practices and innovations among their employees.
He added that the Sitel MAX allows everyone in the company to share their opinions.
The global program can be designed or customized “from the ground up” and not just by the company’s leaders.
Iyengar noted that the MAXhubs help create an easier hybrid coworking center that “brings the Sitel Group experience closer to potential BPO professionals” throughout its locations across the Philippines and other parts of the world.
