EbixCash Global reports 54% y-o-y revenue growth in 2021
EbixCash Private Ltd’s outsourcing subsidiary EbixCash Global Services recorded a 54 per cent year-on-year revenue growth in 2021 while adding 28 new clients to their portfolio.
The company, which targets the Customer Response Outsourcing (CRO), Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO), and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industries, also reported an employee headcount growth from 820 to 2,850.
Celebrating a successful year, EbixCash Global Managing Director Bhupesh Tambe said that he is also looking forward to the “national and international opportunities that are ahead of us in the year 2022.”
EbixCash Chairman of the Board Robin Raina said that he is “pleased with the division performance” considering that the global market has been affected by the COID-19 pandemic for the last two years.
Raina noted that EbixCash Global “closed the year 2021 with seven new wins, while reporting strong organic top-line growth, and growing its staff strength by approximately 2,000 employees – all very creditable achievements.”
